Management to make sure operation is run well
PT Arutmin Indonesia closed year of 2009 succesfully passed the corporate target because Management applied well strategy. Refer to that succesfull, in 2010 strategy won't be change much. The attention still must given to production matter as main motor to develop Arutmin Indonesia mines.
For that, Management is making sure that operation team and supporting team can execute the mining plan in each location with optimum. Top management will always doing supervise to achieve 2010's corporate target.
The minning performance at first quarter is often support the next quarter performances. If the production target can be achieved at first quarter, then it would be easier for the next quarters.
CEO of Arutmin Indonesia really hope that the first quarter target in 2010 can be achieved. Beside that, the stabil coal price in International market also bring a good news to the company financial.
Without any device addition, 24 million ton coals of this year production target becoming a hard challenge for Arutmin Indonesia to achieve the similar to last year success. This target increasing is focused on the Ecocoal production, from 7,5 million tons in 2009 to 10,5 million tons in 2010. Therefore, well minning plan become an essential factor to care.
Success in 2009
In 2009 Arutmin Indonesia took some satisfied achievements. Arutmin Indonesia succeeded to produce 22,42 million ton coals over the target from 20,95 million tons.
Arutmin Indonesia also achieved on safety, community development and environemnt matter. On the environment management, Arutmin Senakin Mine awarded Green PROPER. This year Arutmin Satui Mine hope awarded Green PROPER.
Refer to his company performance, CEO is thanking to all employees because they are the real people behind the success in 2009.
To express gratitude, company intend to give a proper appreciation to the employees for their hard work. After evaluating performance in 2009, then company gave an extra bonus to all employees. The extra bonus absolutely because of the achievement, not only an usual reward stated.
Beside the employee hardworking, another determination factor is the arrangement of company objective in detail. Moreover, the settled objectives were able to communicated effectively so that it can be acknowledged by every mine office (site) ,department, and employee. Employee and department knowledge over the company objective are enable us to evaluate their performance.
Communication is a main key in company success. Every year, company arrange and communicate its objective to all employee. Also, employee ownership upon the objective in 2009 was very well.
