PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia, a subsidiary of Thiess Pty Ltd. was engaged to conduct mining and coal processing at Senakin and Satui mines.

PT. BUMI Resources Tbk acquired BHP Billiton's shares at Arutmin

Batulicin mine entered commercial production.

TATA Energy acquired 30% ownership of PT. Arutmin Indonesia
