Mr.Faisal Firdaus, born in Bukit Tinggi, West Sumatra, has been the Chief Executive Officer of PT Arutmin Indonesia since April 2009.
The graduate from Faculty of Mining Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 1992 had previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PT Arutmin Indonesia for three years and was experienced as Mine Manager of Batulicin Mine for four years.
He has built his career in Arutmin's Satui Mine since 1992 after he graduated.
P. Saroj Kumar Patro - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Saroj Kumar Patro, born in Bhanjanagar, India, in 1967, has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PT Arutmin Indonesia since November 2007.
He is a graduate in Physics. He was previously Finance Manager of NALCO, an Indian company, (1994-1996), and then joined with Tata Power as General Manager Finance (1996-2007).
Saiful Halim - GM HRD & External Affair
Mr. Saiful Halim, born in Pagatan, Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan, has served as GM Human Resources Development & External Relations of PT Arutmin Indonesia since October 2006.
He is a graduate from Faculty of Civil Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He was previously GM Operations of PT Arutmin Indonesia served for one year.
He built his career at Arutmin as Civil Engineer in Satui Mine (1989) and Senakin Mine (1992).
He was then appointed as MIne Manager of Senakin (October 2000-September 2005).
Ido Hotna Hutabarat - GM Resources, Contract and Project
Mr Ido Hotna Hutabarat has been working for PT Arutmin Indonesia for seven years in various level position of Marketing Division consolidated PT BUMI Resources and his last role was Domestic Marketing Manager. Before joining PT Arutmin Indonesia, he worked for PT Timah as an Investor Relation and PT Cemex Indonesia as Bussiness Planning Manager. Ido holds degree in Mining Engineering majoring in Metallurgy from Institute Technology of Bandung in 1990 and took his master degree in science management from Arthur D. Little School of Management - USA in 1997.
