The Management team comprises Indonesian and International professional with extensive experiences at global mining companies. The mine sites and port are managed by Indonesians with strong operational knowledge and highly extensive competencies. PT Arutmin Indonesia gives prioritize the recruitment of local people in Kalimantan, especially in around our mine operation's South Kalimantan. Until know we have 242 local employees or about 51% of our employees. About 92% of our employees are graduated from Senior high school and the rest of them are grauated from junior high school and elementary. Employee development is our focus to provide future leader of PT Arumin Indonesia. We provide various trainings and workshops which are not only for on-site and off-site but overseas trainings to improve our employee competency level in order to assure the succession of the organization is run well. |
