ANALYST – SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

This position will be based in Jakarta Head Office. He/She will be responsible to design, develop, and maintain digital satellite systems that complement company’s core enterprise platforms (SAP, Ellipse and HRIS). This position also focused on building and supporting applications using low code technologies and .NET core base, to enhance operational efficiency and digital enablement.
 
Qualifications:

1. Min. bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
2. Min. 3 year of experience in application development or digital solution delivery.
3. Excellent skill to design, build and maintain applications using Outsystem or equivalent LCNC platform.
4. Good understanding about Outsystem platform development (Reactive web/Mobile).
5. Good knowledge about power platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate).
6. Good knowledge in API Integration, REST/SOAP, and database (PostgreSQL/SQL server/ Oracle)
7. Basic understanding about .NET Core and Web Technology
8. Familiar with SDLC, Agile practices, and version control.
9. Excellent skill in Ms. Office.
10. Detail oriented.
11. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
12. Good communication skill both in Indonesia and English.
13. Capable to work under minimum supervision.
14. High commitment to PT Arutmin Indonesia standard in safety, environment, business ethic, and good corporate governance.
